We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process:
1. Please send an email to us at hello@themonow.com: Please send us an email briefly describing the issue, along with your order number and name. If applicable, please attach photos of the product to help us better understand the situation.
2. Return Package: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1-3 business days. They will guide you on the next steps and provide the return address in their response. Once you receive these details, please return the items to the designated return address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Damages and issues
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change mind
If you change your mind or wish to request a different style/size, you can also return the item within 30 days of receiving it. However, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility in this situation. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
