The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates, and neither we nor the shipping company can guarantee specific delivery dates. Therefore, if you need your product by a certain date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for any potential delays.
Order Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel orders within 6 hours of placing them, with no additional fees. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.
Customs & Import Duties (VAT):
In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. Incorrect Delivery Addresses:
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your address free of charge. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. If a re-delivery is required, the shipping company will charge a fee for this service, which you will need to cover if you request a re-delivery.
